Technical conviction ahead of Lette's $6.5M seed round
Before leading Lette's $6.5M seed round, Peak commissioned Scaleflow to run product and technical due diligence. Lette ranked in the top 10% of the 300+ companies Scaleflow has assessed.

Lette is building the AI operating system for residential operators. Its AI agents take a home from the first enquiry to a signed lease, and stay with the resident after move-in: resident support, maintenance, arrears and compliance, around the clock, in any language, over app, email, WhatsApp, text or voice. Lette works with the property management systems operators already use, so a team can go live in weeks without migrating data. Lette reports that its agents handle more than 60% of resident support and maintenance requests across over 30,000 units, and average leasing time has dropped from two weeks to under four days.
Mohan Sai and Jakub Rajek founded Lette in Dublin in March 2025, after being part of the founding team at Nory. Customers include JLL and large financial institutions, across build-to-rent, student accommodation, the private rented sector and single-family homes.
Peak was preparing to lead Lette's seed round. Peak's question was whether the product and technology could carry the next stage of growth: more operators, more units, and new markets.
How it went
Start from the investment thesis
A scoping call with Peak on its thesis for Lette and the growth in the plan. The question for the DD: what does the technology need to carry the company through that growth?
The X-Ray
A full read of the codebase and infrastructure and the engineering patterns across it, benchmarked against more than 300 previous engagements.
Sessions with the founders
Mohan and Jakub walked us through the architecture, the roadmap and the deliberate choices behind them, from an enterprise-first go-to-market to keeping the whole team close to the same code.
Report and read-out for Peak
A product and technical DD report and a prioritised set of recommendations, followed by a read-out with Peak's deal team.
Joint debrief
A debrief with Peak and the founders together, so investor and company left with the same picture and the same priorities.
“The X-Ray felt like a health check from people who build software themselves. They read the whole codebase and understood why we built it the way we did, and it gave Peak a clear view of our technology.”
What the DD confirmed
- Fit for purpose: a scalable AWS architecture and a sound multi-tenant data model.
- An architecture chosen for the business and the team: deliberately lean, and shared by every engineer.
- A product and engineering team using AI as a practical capacity multiplier.
- Product work steered by one clear business metric: the number of assets managed.
- A founding team whose product and technology background is a real advantage in enterprise sales.
The outcome
- Lette ranked in the top 10% of companies Scaleflow has assessed.
- Deal conviction for Peak, grounded in the code and the team.
- Founders and investor aligned on one picture of the technology and its priorities.
- Peak went on to lead Lette's $6.5M seed round, alongside Heliad, Foreword VC, Pitchdrive and Adeline.

Hadrian
Before co-leading Hadrian's $40M round, Smartfin and Forgepoint Capital wanted an independent read on its product, technology and team. The X-Ray, with a short confirmatory phase, confirmed solid technology, a strong team and a defensible platform.

Duqu
Curiosity VC ran an X-Ray on Duqu's product and technology before investing. The same report was later shared with No Such Ventures, and both funds backed Duqu's 1.5M euro pre-seed round.

Marble
Smartfin ran an X-Ray on Marble's product and technology before leading the company's Series A. From kick-off to final reports took two working days, and the assessment confirmed a solid technical foundation with no red flags.
