Scaleflow delivers Product, Tech & AI Due Diligence for investors. Our X-Ray gives investors a substantiated verdict on the technology behind a deal within one business day, built on more than 250 engagements. Leading European investors rely on us.

We're building the category. Our goal is to dominate the market for Product & Tech Due Diligence in Europe, then expand into other disciplines.

We're growing, and we want to professionalize our marketing and commercial firepower. That's why we're looking for an experienced Growth Marketer to increase our visibility and grow our pipeline structurally.

The role

As Growth Marketer you own the entire growth engine: from lead generation and content to events and customer retention. You work independently, think strategically, and execute yourself. You make sure Scaleflow is visible in the right places and that enthusiasm turns into signed contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and pipeline. You build a steady flow of qualified leads and set up a follow-up system that turns first conversations into signed contracts.
  • Events. You make sure Scaleflow speaks at relevant venues, organize our own roundtables and events for our audience, and set up the follow-up to convert contacts into pipeline.
  • Thought leadership and content. You develop a consistent content rhythm: LinkedIn content for our founders, customer cases, and benchmark and whitepaper material based on our engagements.
  • Customer relationships. You keep existing customers engaged with relevant insights and reasons to re-engage.
  • Coordination. You manage our PR partner and safeguard focus and progress across all marketing activities.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a B2B growth marketer, preferably in or close to the investor or startup world
  • Strong in both strategy and execution
  • Comfortable with a technical, complex proposition without being technical yourself
  • Independent and proactive
  • Clear, direct communication without jargon

Preferably freelance to start, with a permanent role in mind. But we're open to having a conversation to see what works for us both.

You'll work from our office in Amstelveen, and remote is just as much an option. That's how we all work.
