How it started
Born from real experience.
Scaleflow was founded in 2018 by operators who had spent decades building and scaling software companies across Europe. We saw a gap in how investors get technical diligence: slow reports from analysts who had never shipped a product, landing long after the deal was priced.
We've been on both sides of the table. As founders, CTOs and CEOs, and as the people investors called when a deal needed a real technical read. That perspective shapes every X-Ray we deliver.
