HOW IT STARTED
Scaleflow was founded in 2018 by a team of operators who had spent decades building and scaling companies across Europe and North America. We saw a gap in the consulting market: too many advisors who had never actually run anything.
We've been on both sides of the table. We've hired consultants and been frustrated. We've led transformations and celebrated success. This dual perspective shapes everything we do.
